These bins are made from juice and milk containers
8) Wooden Racks and Plastic Water Bottles
These racks are made from wood found during garbage day. The bottles are plastic dishwashing soap bottles.
7) Old Light Bulb Flasks
These flasks are created using old light bulbs. Be careful when creating these, so as not to break them on your bare hands.
6) Oscilloscope
Old laptop I found and some software from the net and voila we have an oscillscope. I will try and get a better picture.

Labware and Glassware
I found these items in many different second hand stores. It took quite a few trips to collect these, but I would say it was worth it. The prize is the glass petri dishes.
4) Building Different Stands
I built the funnel stands from coat hangers. Just bend them to the right shapes and you can make many different stands. The other stands are made from 1/2 in. wooden dowels and 1 in. thick 6 in. by 6 in. plywood. Drill hole in the plywood and glue dowel into place.
3) Homemade Centrifuge
A blender and some odds and ends and we are able to build a nice working centrifuge.

CSI DNA Labarotory
I found this at a Sears clearance store. It was on half-off it's clearance price which I bought for $22.00 and a refill kit for $8.00. This is an interesting set, it gives you a centrifuge, electrophoresis chamber and many other items.
Smithsonian Microchemistry 5000
Found this set at a garage sale for $5.00.

I found this at an antique show for $20.00. It is from the 1950's.
